Consultation - Yeast Management

from $550.00

In depth, yeast management course and consultation. Can be done via zoom or in person, depending on location. Half day tutorial up to 5 hours, covering yeast strain selection, proper pitch rates, and then harvesting, storing, and re-pitching your yeast. We can assist you in using any laboratory equipment already in place, or help you to build a small lab, in order to perform simple cell counting basics, and contamination identification.

Laboratory services are performed in house at Community Cultures Yeast Lab, using the standards prescribed by the American Society of Brewing Chemists. 

All samples can be shipped to our lab Monday through Friday, or dropped by in person Monday through Thursday, 2:00-5:00 pm.  Please provide 200 mls per sample, per test, in a sanitized leakproof container. Pricing is per test. Please purchase additional tests for additional samples.
