Brewing Process & Fermentation Optimization consultation.  Allow us to spend the day with you, and walk through each step of your process or brewing plan. If you have a brewery in planning, are already opening a brewery, or have new employees that need specialized training, we can assist you in getting the most out of your brewhouse. We will go through basic brew day equipment, focusing on the key elements of healthy fermentation including mash times and temperatures, hop additions, nutrients, oxygenation, sanitization techniques, and then on to pitching your yeast and the fermentation process.  This is a full 8 hour day, with one or two team members, with a follow up meeting to summarize what has been learned, any applicable equipment recommendations, and a game plan for moving forward to help ensure consistent and healthy fermentations.

Additional costs for laboratory services, testing, and plating may apply depending on the outcome and request of the client. Should your team desire additional lab testing on the day of your consultation, please be prepared and have your samples ready. A member of our team will ship those samples or bring them back to CCYL for further testing. Any applicable tests and testing fees will be invoiced to the client separately.
